IPMS/USA and international IPMS members may register
at the convention at a cost of $65. Registering as an offical guest (and member of IPMS) gets you a free
convention decal sheet as well as a convention pin and the ability to enter an unlimited number of models
in the national contest. Membership in IPMS/USA, or any international IPMS organization, is required to
register as an official convention guest. IPMS/USA members whose membership has expired may renew their
membership in-person at the convention and register on-site.
While the IPMS/USA National Convention is a member-focused, annual meeting we
do encourage non-members, guests, and those curious about the scale modeling hobby to attend.
We are also offering day passes for non-members that will allow full access to the convention to
include the vendor halls, contest hall, and all seminars. However, in order to enter models in
the contest, one must be a registered guest (and a member of IPMS). If you decide while visiting our
convention that IPMS/USA is an organization you'd like to be part of, you may join while you are there.
Our national office manager will be on-site during the convention to help those wishing to join.
The cost of a day pass is: $15 for an individual, $20 for a family.
Day passes are good for one day only and may be re-purchased the following day(s) if you wish to
continue your visit for multiple days. These passes will be available for purchase at our General
Admission desk at the convention.
